Grief is the main reaction to loss. Grief out of balance can be paralyzing. We can help you balance while healing through your loss.
Eating disorders can include anorexia nervosa, bulimia, or binge eating. You may suffer from one or a combination, they are dangerous and can be life threatening. Most people that suffer from eating disorders feel that they lack control in other areas, this may be a conscious or unconscious act.
Every family will face some form of conflict, however there are some instances where you may not be able to work through it alone. Some common issues may need additional assistance or support to handle in a healthy and effective way. Some issues are toxic behavior, drug addiction, infidelity, parental issue and trauma. Talking with someone can help you work through these issues by helping you create a plan of action to restore your family. Unfortunately, there may be some members of your family that will not want to seek help but you can still seek individual therapy. Although, this will not change family members, it will help you process your feelings and receive guidance on dealing with difficult family members.
